Kapsons is accredited with ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14000 certifications and our Aluminum Pressure Die Cast division is accredited with TS 16949 : 2002 certification. The plant is spread over an area of 2000sq.m. It is capable of producing 20,000 MT castings every year. The completely automated vertical die-casting machine can produce a single piece of 200gm with a high level of finish and accuracy. We also have 20 semi-automatic machines of horizontal pressure type which can accommodate large variety of components.

The plant is also equipped with assebly lines for light fittings with skilled and trained manpower.
