The quality of castings is ensured right from the raw material testing. The billets are tested for purity and right composition. Further, after die-casting the parts, they undergo testing for crack detection. The rotor assemblies manufactured in this division are tested using Growler tester for perfect balancing. Die-casting division of Kapsons is certified with ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14000 certifications and TS 16949 : 2002 certification.
